Share Hub

Share Hub is a project powered by Creative Commons Korea. Share Hub brings news and information related to sharing activities in Korea on ShareHub.kr. Share Hub also provides a directory of various sharing services and projects happening in Korea like a phone book for easy browsing on Korean sharing movement. Finally, Share Hub runs on and off line campaigns and seminars in order to raise awareness and engage general public participation on sharing.

Better Reykjavík

Better Reykjavík is an online consultation forum where citizens are given the chance to present their ideas on issues regarding services and operations of the City of Reykjavík. Anyone can view the open forum and registered users who approve the terms of participation can participate in the forum. When a user presents an idea on the Better Reykjavík forum, it is automatically considered the public property of the residents of Reykjavík and the original idea can change considerably during the consultative process provided on this forum.

Data Star Project

The project restructured and reorganized the data assets of the municipality, creating the conditions for their reuse. Through mapping the processes, the content, storing, and quantity of incoming and forwarded or published data sets of the municipality became clear and tangible. This mapping of assets and protocols acts as a standard, regulating access as well as enabling registry and queries through applications of previously decentralized data and information.

Free WiFi on board

In 2016 our company has expanded the vehicle fleet with the procurement of 75 pcs new CNG buses. Now our passengers can use the internet free of charge on the new buses and trams as well. With the WIFI service the passengers can plan their trip easily with the Google Maps interface and join to the Facebook and Instagram profiles of the MVK Zrt, where they can find useful travel informations. The maximum bandwidth is 100 Mbps on each vehicles. The free WIFI service is available after accepting the terms of use.

Debrecen City Wi-Fi

The aim of this program is to service tourists and visitors on higher quality standards, to make common online contents freely accessible like, social media sites, video distributors, skype and other online platforms. The Wi-Fi can be accessed in the pedestrian zone from the „Csonka templom” to the „Emlékkert” city district, in the „Hal köz” mall, the Baltazár Dezső square, in front of the Forum Shopping Centre on the Csapó street and in the Great Forest around Lake Békás.  At least 256 Kbps broadband internet can be accessed per end-points.

Healthcare Mobile Service (e-health platform)

Hungarian Telecom developed an e-health platform which is linked to the citizens for various mobile-based health services. The patient using a smartphone or tablet easily can sign up and be ready for tests. The mobile device sends a notification about the testing and unexpected changes and helping them navigate within the hospital. It makes health data and records available for patients and it enables personalized access to information about the disease, medications and healthy lifestyle.

Smart Care Management (health data management)

Synthesize knowledge and analyze large, complex care-related data sets to identify those at risk. Manage information that spans multiple stakeholders, including wellness, health and social care organizations. Deliver proactive, individualized care that eliminates unnecessary and preventable inpatient hospital admissions and readmissions. Highlight the most effective evidence-based care protocols for greater economic value and reduced waste. Collaborate over boundaries, including organizational, bureaucratic and technological, to enable individual and population health.

Open Data Debrecen

The open data portal of Debrecen set off with publishing four data sets: large resolution digital photos on the city, the time tables of arriving and departing flights from Debrecen, demographic data including age and gender distribution from 2013 and visitor statistics from the local swimming pool's last year. The purpose and method of reusing these data is open for users and businesses, and the city welcomes feedback and ideas about further datasets that could be interesting or important to publish.

Taipei Telecare Services

Taipei Telecare takes advantage of information and communication technology such as telemedicine and telecare, mobile applications and localized services. Taipei citizens – particularly those who live in remote areas, the elderly who live alone, as well as middle‐and low‐income households – may use the 1999 Citizen Hotline to access medical video conferencing service at the Healthcare Customer Center for distance measurement on blood pressure, blood sugar, body temperature and cardiac rhythm, and able to print out their physiology measurements at convenient store kiosks.
