The OneService mobile app adopts an issue-based approach where reported cases will be routed to relevant agencies in a more efficient and coordinated manner. It is a convenient way for members of the public to give their feedback on municipal issues, without having to find out which agency is responsible for the issue!
The application also serves health functions because it can alert users if they are near dengue clusters. Users who enable the dengue cluster alert on the app, will be able to see the number of cases in the neighbourhood, and the block of flats where these cases are located.
