Today, citydev.brussels manages 45 industrial sites and several buildings for enterprises which it places at the disposal of companies that meet certain criteria in terms of employment, activity, and added value.
If there are no suitable properties in its real-estate portfolio, or if the company does not meet its criteria, citydev.brussels will try to find a solution in the private sector via its Inventimmo real-estate database (www.inventimmo.be) which lists all properties available in the Brussels-Capital Region (workshops, warehouses, offices, industrial lots, etc.).
citydev.brussels builds affordable housing, which it then sells to private individuals or low-income families. This housing is part of the urban renovation projects set up in some neighbourhoods in the Brussels Region. Their implementation is generally the subject of a public-private partnership.
