OpenSAFELY

OpenSAFELY is a new secure analytics platform for electronic health records in the NHS, created to deliver urgent results during the global COVID-19 emergency. It is now successfully delivering analyses across more than 24 million patients’ full pseudonymised primary care NHS records, with more to follow shortly. Their analytic software is open for security review, scientific review, and re-use.

#DontGoViral Campaign

The COVID-19 pandemic is accompanied by an Infodemic, a spread of disinformation and misinformation making it difficult for people to find accurate information. To contribute to tackling this issue, UNESCO, in partnership with the Innovation for Policy Foundation (i4Policy), is launching an online campaign to crowdsource local openly licensed content to inform communities across Africa about COVID-19. The #DontGoViral campaign is designed to activate artists and cultural entrepreneurs across Africa.

LABEX IMU

Supported by the University of Lyon, the cluster of IMU brings together almost 535 researchers (from 31 laboratories) as well as many communities and business partners. The LabEx IMU contributes to making the Lyon Saint-Etienne metropolis ne of the leading scientific clusters in France and Europe on issues related to cities and urban environments. It makes its resources available to political, economic and social players who are thinking about and designing the city of tomorrow.

Zugló's interactive budget website

The municiaplity of Zugló not only pays attention to careful management of the taxpayers' money but tries out new methods in order to reach full transparency. With the help of Budapest's K-Monitor Office ands and the Fiscal Responsibility Institue, a professional website was created to present Zugló's budget, making it is easy to understand. This is considered important not only for reasons of transparency and accountability, but also because in the future they would like to involve the citizens of Zugló in budget planning.

The Climate Equity Toolkit

The Climate Equity Toolkit is a top-down overview of the effects of climate change in Colorado at the county level. Each topic covered is analyzed with overlaying data on climate exposure, sensitivity to change and adaptive capacity, as it relates to sectors such as agriculture, water, food, national security, transportation, outdoor recreation and more. This educational data visualization tool includes place-based knowledge focused on how climate change affects the most vulnerable communities across Colorado.

Szigetszentmiklós GIS system

The new GIS system of Szigetszentmiklós is available on the official website of the city. The following content is accessible to anyone on the residential GIS system: institutions, Danube riverside access, public transport and bicycle routes, deratization areas, rainwater data, Natura 2000 sites, land registry frame map, local building regulations and high resolution aerial photo.
In addition to switching the layer on/off the user can search by lot number/address and search/get coordinates.

Újbuda GIS system

The Municipality of Újbuda created its online GIS portal. In addition to orthophotos of different times and archive aerial photos the system consists of the urban development plans, election zones, land administration data, road and green cadastre, parking related information, medical zones and the varies of institutions. The user can choose the desired layers, make queries of certain objects, mesaure the objects and save the costumized maps in pdf format.

Törökbálint GIS system

For the Municipality of Törökbálint created a  WEB-based GIS portal which makes the spatial data available for the employees of the Municipality and for he public as well.
The system includes ordnance survey, regulation plans, digital utility models, elevation points, public transportation data and informations of health facilities,education, elections and snow removal. In addition, the map includes a citizen problem reporter where users can describe, categorize, locate and record the issue.
