AquaShield is designed to help simplify and make soilless crop production safer, while providing full control for growers. Soilless farming uses 90% less water compared to traditional farming and needs only 10% of the land to produce the same amount of food without soil and chemicals. These methods allow food to be grown locally, at the point of use, avoiding carbon emissions during transport. However, these agro-cultures are much more sensitive to various environmental changes and therefore require constant monitoring, which AquaShield is able to provide.
